We are located just 20 minutes away from Cape Girardeau, Missouri! This venue is the perfect choice, offering 2000 sq feet of event space with stunning exposed brick walls from the 20's and open-beam ceilings. The Signal's flexible and elegant atmosphere will impress your guests, and the large, fully equipped kitchen and spacious room for dining and dancing will make your event unforgettable! SET UP & TAKE DOWN
Every package you choose includes 30 minutes for setting up your event and 30 for cleaning up after the event. During this time, we also ask you place the tables & chairs back to their standard set up.

ENTRY
You will have a 4-digit access code, which will be sent to you prior to your event. The front door has a keypad. In the event you forget your access code, please call 573-837-6419.
SMOKING
This is a nonsmoking facility. Please do not smoke in the building, if caught smoking or vaping inside the building you will receive a $250 fee.
DECORATIONS
Please do not do anything to the walls that would cause damage. Command hooks are allowed but please do not pin or nail anything into the brick. If you use confetti please make sure it is cleaned up completely.
